Honoring volunteers at the symphony
Remember when the CSO Women's Committee poured tea, sold subscriptions, raised money with Treasure Aisle and courted young patrons with the Friday Nighters? The orchestra is honoring 70 years of volunteerism at the symphony (for men, too), with a two-for-one deal on tickets for opening night Sept. 14, and a post-concert reception in Music Hall's Ballroom.
